Turkish Deaf National Federation (TSMF) is a non-governmental organization established on 05.12.1960 to protect the political, social, economic and cultural rights of deaf people living in Turkiye. In 1963, our federation was authorized for international cooperation and received the title of "national" with the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 01.04.1963 and numbered 1604, on the grounds of international expansion. With this authority, TSMF became a full member of the World Federation of the Deaf in the same year.
