Our project is for hearing impaired people who are among the disadvantaged groups; It will create new, accessible and inclusive skills development pathways. Our project, which will reduce inequalities and contribute to employment or better employment, will also produce results that will support local learning environments. Some of our goals that match the priorities we have chosen are as follows:​
  • Develop new or improved learning tools to address differences in adults' learning outcomes associated with economic and social inequalities.
  • To support and encourage local learning environments through inclusive and accessible distance learning systems.
  • Contributing to increasing the digital competence of disadvantaged individuals,
  • To contribute to the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes of hearing-impaired drivers on issues such as compliance with traffic rules, driving training, conscious driving, etc.
  • Inclusion and diversity in all fields of education, training, youth and sport To provide learning opportunities in their native language to the hearing impaired community whose native language is sign language.
a) Increasing take-up and improving inclusiveness and accessibility of adult education
  • To facilitate and encourage the participation of hard-to-reach adults in learning,
  • To offer inclusive and accessible lifelong learning opportunities to all segments of society and to involve them in lifelong learning.
  • To create environments that will motivate and enable adults of all ages to learn.
  • Qualitatively developing education and training programs for adults to promote equality and accessibility and to meet the needs of disadvantaged groups.
  • More strategic and integrated use of Open Sources and Open Educational Resources in the field of adult education.
b) Creating upskilling and reskilling pathways
  • Creating new adult education opportunities for adults with low levels of skills, knowledge and competence.
  • To reduce adults' shortcomings in the labor market by addressing skill gaps.
  • Hearing impaired people acquire digital skills that will help them be resilient in the face of uncertainty and adapt to new technologies.
  • Diversification of educational programs, online and distance education services offered in adult education Some of the concrete results of our project are as follows:
  • Traffic and driver training digital platform for the hearing impaired
  • Traffic and driver education curriculum for the hearing impaired
  • Learning materials and evaluation tools to be prepared in sign languages for the curriculum
  • Traffic and driver training trial exam for the hearing impaired
